*What Is Nubuck?
Nubuck is top-grain leather that has been sanded or buffed to give a slight nap of short protein fibers, producing a velvet-like surface. Nubuck is one of the most expensive leathers available.
Nubuck is similar in appearance to suede, but its texture is finer. Unlike suede, nubuck is created from the outer side of a hide, giving it more strength and thickness along with a fine grain.
