What forms of payment do you accept?
We use Paypal for secure payment processing. Paypal gives you the choice to pay with your credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, & bank echecks. Please note that you do not need to sign up for a Paypal account to use your card to pay for your purchase with us.
Is my credit/debit card account number safe with Paypal?

Can I purchase a Gift Certificate to send as a gift?
Yes you can. Just click here to go to the Gift Certificate page and purchase a gift certificate in any amount you like and send it to anyone you wish to send it to. They will receive an email from us notifying them that you have sent them a gift certificate with a special certificate code that they can apply to any purchase on the website during checkout.

Yes you can. Click here to contact us with your special request and we will gladly work on sourcing your item(s) from our manufacturers / distributors to fulfill your order.
Do you charge sales tax on my order?
Only orders shippped to California are subject to 9% sales tax. Orders shipped outside of CA are not subject to any sales tax.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous states on orders $20 and over. You may also choose to upgrade your shipping method to FedEx Ground or Express services at discounted rates.
For orders under $20 or shipping to other than the 48 contiguous states, shipping charges are based on factors such as weight of your shipment, destination, dimension of shipping carton, type of service, etc. Our shipping rates start at $5.95 for the some of our lightest items shipped to the 48 continental states. To get a shipping estimate for the item(s) you're interested in buying, place them in your shopping cart, then select your state/country, and click on Update Totals to see a shipping quote.
When will my order ship and when will I receive it?
We typically process your orders for items available in stock within 24-48 Hrs. On the rare occasion that we run out of stock on a certain style or a particular size, we can usually fulfill your order within 3-4 days.
Orders placed on Friday after 10am Pacific Standard Time, will ship Monday.
Orders placed during official national holidays or long holiday weekends, will ship the first day we are back in business after the holiday is over.
Shipping times may be longer during sales and promotions.
Shipment transit time for domestic orders is typically 2-7 days depending on where you live. International shipments can take 1-4 weeks to arrive.

Are there restrictions during Sales or when using a Promotion Code?
Discounts do not apply to previously purchased merchandise, gift certificates, or orders placed after the end of the sale or promotion. We do not offer price adjustments for previously shipped items or pending orders.
In case of a return, you are entitled for a refund if you purhased your item at full retail price or if your discount was at 20% Off or less. However, during sales or when using promotions of 25% or more, your items will be eligible for a store credit only if returned, unless it was marked as final sale at time of purchase. Final sales are deeply discounted and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How can I be certain the shoes I buy will fit my child's feet?
We go to great lengths to make sure you have all the information you need to select the right shoe size for your child. Sometimes, certain styles from different manufacturers can run either big or small for their quoted sizes, that's why we measure the inside footbed (insole) of every style/size we offer and post the measurements in an easy to read size chart in the product detail page for each item we offer. All you need to do is measure the bottom of your child's foot while he/she is standing, then make your size selection accordingly. How do I know if my child's shoe has enough growing room?
The recommended toe room allows 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch between the longest toe and the end of the shoe. Also, about 1/8 inch of growth room is usually already incorporated into the manufacturing of children's shoes to ensure there is built-in space for growth.
How do I know if my child's shoes are wide enough?
You should be able to pinch just a little of the upper material. If the shoe feels too tight and is not available in a wider width, a half size larger is recommended.
What are the differences between American and European sizing?
Unfortunately there is no universal standard used worldwide for shoe sizes which means you may require different sizes from different manufacturers. In general, European shoes tend to run short and wide while American sizes tend to run true to sizing charts.
